Where required we can also provide product and project management resource to support the implementation of new propositions working as part of the client's delivery team.
Our consulting services also extend to evaluating and improving the performance of new and existing propositions in the market place using a defined set of KPIs which typically involve the use of Net Promoter Score to measure the impact on customer advocacy.
Interim management
Because we have years of practical, hands-on experience of working in senior strategic and operational marketing roles we are ideally suited to fulfilling our clients needs for interim management.
We can work across a range of strategic and operational marketing disciplines as part of a client's marketing function including insight and analysis, product development and management, CRM and marketing strategy and planning.

Venture consulting
Our experience of talking to entrepreneurs in the pre-VC stage and working in start-ups tells us that lack of funding means it is difficult to attract high quality individuals who will get the important commercial and marketing jobs done in order to help launch the business.
Depending on the nature of the opportunity, Vocalise can work with early stage start-ups to provide hands-on business expertise to accelerate growth and reduce risk in return for an equity stake.
There is no financial commitment for the start-up – after careful consideration of the start-up business model, if we think it will work then we'll back ourselves to help launch the venture.
