Vocalise was created in 2010 by Robert Kenley who was previously Head of Strategy for Moneysupermarket.com and a key member of the team that created Egg in 1998. Robert has extensive experience of developing innovative strategies, launching new propositions and developing new businesses in the UK retail
financial services market. He is a qualified marketing professional with a MA in Marketing from Bristol Business School and a career built on a solid
foundation of FMCG and retail marketing with AC Nielsen and strategic marketing consultancy with pFour Consultancy.
Our assignments typically identify and address key strategic marketing issues facing our clients in order to improve long-term marketing performance. Working closely with senior marketing
executives, we seek out unique market and customer insights to enable a platform for developing truly innovative and commercially viable value propositions. Because customer advocacy is a key
ingredient for successful businesses, we passionately believe that long-term, sustainable market leadership comes from continuously developing propositions and positive customer experiences that
people talk about.
We have experience of working in complex organisations in both a consulting and marketing management capacity which means we are able to assist our clients in their endeavours to develop ground
breaking propositions coupled with a rigorous commercial view on how best to develop and take new propositions to your target market.
Vocalise practitioners have worked on a number of ‘market-firsts’ including:
